SnapShotPro is a free, open-source tool that runs in your browser. These terms describe what you can do with it, what stays yours, and the limits of what we can promise.
By using SnapShotPro you agree to these terms. The tool is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You do not need an account to use the editor; an optional account exists only to sync your projects across devices.
You keep all rights to the screenshots, images, and designs you make. We do not claim ownership of your content, and because editing happens in your browser, we do not receive a copy of it unless you choose a cloud feature. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any image you bring in.
Use the tool for lawful purposes. Do not use SnapShotPro to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is designed to deceive or harm. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or abuse any hosted feature, including the optional AI backend.
Some features are optional and connect to third parties. Cloud AI sends your current image and prompt to an AI provider when you click the button. Sharing and cloud projects upload content to storage so it can be linked or synced. When you use these, you also accept the terms and policies of those providers. Anything generated by an AI model may also be subject to that provider's usage terms.
SnapShotPro is open source. Your use of the source code is governed by the license published in the project repository on GitHub. These terms cover your use of the hosted app and site.
The tool is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose. Features may change or be removed as the project evolves.
To the extent permitted by law, SnapShotPro and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool, including lost work or lost data. Save your important projects, and keep your own backups of source material.
We may update these terms as the tool changes. When we do, we will revise the date below. Continuing to use SnapShotPro after a change means you accept the updated terms.
